Salee Hossein Alawi! Salee Alawi, age 9, was injured in November 2006 when an errant U.S. missile struck near her home in Hasswa, Iraq.  Salee's brother, Akram, and another young playmate were killed instantly in the attack. Salee lived, but  lost both lower legs near the knee. To hear Salee's story in her own words, click here.
